Meet & Greet Service

IFIC Bank PLC has introduced Meet & Greet Service at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka for eligible remittance senders.

Eligibility

  • Customers who sent remittance of USD 5,000 or more through IFIC Bank in the previous year can avail this service free of charge in the current year.
  • The facility will also be available for the spouse and children of the eligible customer only.

Service Includes

  • Assistance with baggage loading/unloading.
  • Support with check-in formalities.
  • Immigration assistance for departure passengers.
  • Guidance in completing necessary airport formalities.
  • Escort support for arriving passengers up to the parking area.

How to Avail the Service

  • Departure passengers must report at the meeting point (guided by service associated of Meet and Greet).
  • Arriving passengers will be received after immigration check-out.
  • Arriving passengers will be identified through a placard displaying the passenger’s name.

Required Information/Documents

The following information/documents must be provided in advance:

  • Copy of Passport
  • Copy of Air Ticket
  • Name of Passenger
  • Local contact number for Departing Passenger
  • Type of Service Required: Departure / Arrival

Service Request Guideline

  • Service requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the required service time.
